Retrofitting

Through our partners and representatives, Centork proudly provides a worldwide field service response for its customers. Our suppot can be planned or in response to an emergency situation.

Our field technicians perform a number of different tasks for customers:

Installation and commissioning of actuators to ensure correct configuration for the application.
Actuator upgrades to improve functionality (e.g. addition of new modules and fieldbus options).
System commissioning to ensure actuators function and integrate correctly with existing site control systems.
Detailed inspection, maintenance and service of actuators.
Emergency call-out service.
Preventative maintenance programmes and service controls available.
Centork field technicians are factory trained and experienced in all industry applications.

Offering a complete product and services package to size, mount and install an actuator onto an existing valve in your plant. Whether it is replacing an existing actuator or automating an existing manual valve, Centork has a solution.

Training

We can provide operations and full technical maintenance training at your facility or ours. Our training department are happy to discuss specific training requirements and using this information a bespoke training programme can be created to fulfil your specific needs. To ensure the continued quality of our training, we limit the number of attendees, depending upon location, for the training. This ensures that each attendee receives the maximum benefit from the course.

Factory Fitting

Centork are able to provide a factory fit service to ensure a successful combination of actuator and valve. You can send us your valve and we will mount the actuator, commision and functionally test the assembly. We can follow this up with on-site installation and integration into site control systems of all types. For more information please contact your local Centork office.

Spare Parts

Spare Parts are readily available at all times from multiple locations around the globe. The modular design approach of our actuators ensures replacement of critical wear items is easy to perform and we can even offer a Centork qualified engineer to assist in the on site repair. By contacting Centork and providing us the serial number of the actuator you can be sure that spares parts we provide are an exact replacement for your actuator.
